Meteorologists predict moderately hot and humid weather on
Sunday during the daytime at Cairo and Lower Egypt, with moderate weather on
the northern coasts, and very hot temperatures on Upper Egypt and South Sinai.
The weather will grow milder across most parts of the country at night, with moderate weather on South Sinai and southern Upper Egypt, maximum temperatures in Cairo is 35C.
Mists are expected during the morning hours on Cairo, Lower Egypt, and the northern coasts, winds will be northwestern and moderate across most of the country, active on South Sinai and the western regions.
Moderate rainfall is expected on the northwestern coasts, South Sinai and Red Sea mountain range, while light rainfall is anticipated over the northeastern coasts.
The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) said that the country is currently being affected by the Indian summer monsoon, which is typical every summer and makes the country’s weather hotter and more humid.
