Meteorologists
predict moderately hot weather north of Egypt and very hot weather south of
Egypt for Thursday and Friday.
Thursday will see warm and humid weather at Greater Cairo and Lower Egypt, with moderate temperatures on the northern coasts, hot weather on South Sinai and north of Upper Egypt, and very high temperatures south of Upper Egypt.
Mists are expected during the morning hours on Greater Cairo and the northeastern coasts, temperatures predicted for Cairo is 34C.
Warm weather will continue on Friday for Greater Cairo and Lower Egypt, with mild weather predicted at the northern coasts, temperatures predicted for Cairo is 35C.
The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) said that the country is currently being affected by the Indian summer monsoon, which is typical every summer and makes the country’s weather hotter and more humid.
