During the past few weeks, several districts across Cairo have witnessed an intensive activity as part of Cairo's governorate's crackdown against illegal construction and encroachment on state lands.
Following Cairo Governor Major-General Khaled Abdel Aal instructions, Cairo's districts have launches crackdown to restore illegally acquired state lands and confront illegal construction. The crackdown included El-Nozha district, Hadayek El-Kobba district, Dar El-Salam district, Gharb Madinet Nasr district, and El-Basatin district.
