In line with the presidential initiative of" Digital Egypt," Cairo Governor Khaled Abdel Aal held a coordination meeting with Deputy Minister of Communication for Institutional Development Ghada Labib to discuss Cairo governorate's institutional development within the framework of Egypt digital transformation strategy.
Abdel Aal said that this meeting comes as part of the continued collaboration between state's institutions to improve the quality of provided services to citizens by implementing the institutional development and digital transformation program at the Cairo governorate to make government services more effective and efficient and to be able to fight all kinds of corruption inside the institution.
During the meeting, the Deputy Minister of Communication for Institutional Development reviewed the plan of developing and improving the digital skills of Cairo governorate's employees, assuring that the political leadership is keen on developing the state's administrative body through digital transformation technologies.
Moreover, she announced the implementation of several programs to develop the skills of Cairo governorate's employees in digital transformation technologies as part of the digital literacy initiatives launched by the Ministry of Communication.
