President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi inspected under-construction
projects of the City of Arts and Culture, and the new Opera House in the New
Administrative Capital on Monday, said Presidential Spokesperson Bassam Radi in
a statement.
The City of Arts would be the largest artistic and cultural city in the Middle East, the city is being constructed on an area of 127 acres. It includes a number of theaters, exhibition halls, libraries, museums and art galleries, for traditional and contemporary arts like music, painting, sculpture, handicrafts and others. The city would also include the new Opera House, which would be the largest opera house in the Middle East.
