Egypt’s Meteorological Authority (EMA) forecast a mild weather nationwide with rain on the northern coasts on Saturday and Sunday.
Temperature next week will see a high of between 22-23 degrees, Eman Shaker, the EMA's Director of Remote Sensing, told State TV on Wednesday.
Shaker said the winter season will begin after two weeks.
On Monday, the EMA issued an official statement showing a map of places expected to see rainfall from Tuesday to Sunday. The authority advised people to wear heavy clothes, anticipating climate changes during the week.
The map showed that Thursday and Friday will not likely see rainfall, while Saturday and Sunday may see light to medium rainfall on the northern coasts.
