Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli reviewed Friday 09/10/2020
a report introduced by the Unified Government Complaints System about its
performance in dealing and responding to citizens’ complaints during September.
He lauded efforts exerted by all government bodies that cooperated with the unified government complaint system to offer distinguished services for citizens.
The complaint system received and monitored 91,000 complaints, requests, questions and appeals in September, said Head of the unified government complaint system Tareq el Refae, the complaints have been examined and redirected to bodies concerned for taking action, he added.
Refae said that ten ministries have 65% of the total complaints directed to authorities during September. The ministries are Social Solidarity, Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, Supply and Internal Trade, Health and Population, Manpower, Education, Interior, Electricity and Renewable Energy, Communications and Information Technology, Higher Education and Scientific Research, he noted.
