Cairo Governor Khaled Abdel Aal inspected on Wednesday the workflow in the Citizen Service Center in Masr El-Gadidah district, which is a guidance model for all service centers across Cairo as part of the digital transformation and the state's plan to activate e-services.
The governor also checked in on the training process of the employees and their performance as well as the quality of the provided services noting that the ongoing development aims to provide all local services online for citizens.
The governor added that they coordinated with the Ministry of Communication to link the e-service centers to relevant authorities to reduce the time of the provided services, adding all citizens would be given a statement of the legalization of buildings they intend to buy.
Moreover, Abdel Aal confirmed that the project of automation in Cairo's municipal buildings is part of the national project adopted by the state to upgrade provided services to citizens and to provide easy access to all local services.
He also pointed out that this project depends on unified electronic system as all municipal buildings would work through a mobile application to allow citizens to inquiry about available services.
