Interior Ministry honors top high school graduates with a visit to the Media and Relations Sector

The Ministry of Interior organized a field visit for a number of top male and female high school graduates to the Media and Public Relations Sector, as part of its strategy to strengthen communication with various segments of society and promote police awareness and culture among young people.

Overview of Media and Security Operations
The visit included an introduction to the ministry’s modern strategy for highlighting its security, social, and humanitarian efforts, as well as an overview of its monitoring and follow-up system, which has been developed to track citizens’ complaints and posts circulating on social media platforms and news websites.

How Circulating Content Is Handled
The students were briefed on the mechanisms used to deal with circulating videos and posts, including how such content is examined and investigated to determine the circumstances surrounding reported incidents and quickly identify and apprehend those responsible. The results are then announced through the ministry’s official page.

Praise for the Ministry’s Role in Combating Rumors
The students and supervisors expressed their appreciation for the Ministry of Interior’s efforts, praising its commitment to building bridges of communication with young people and raising their awareness of how to deal with circulating information, particularly in light of what is known as “Fifth-Generation Warfare,” which targets the awareness and perceptions of young people.
