The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has officially opened 2026 Technical Diploma Admission (Tansiq) registration for technical certificate students as part of the university and institute admission process for the 2026–2027 academic year, in accordance with the rules and regulations set by the Coordination Office.
2026 Technical Diploma Admission
Technical diploma students can electronically register their preferences starting today, Saturday, September 5, 2026. Registration will remain open until Sunday, September 13, 2026. The coordination website will close the option to enter or modify preferences at 7:00 p.m. on the final day of the registration period.
Students holding technical certificates can access the electronic coordination website to register their preferences during the period specified by the Ministry of Higher Education.
Preferences are entered using the student’s seat number and password listed on the success certificate/form for graduates of technical schools. Students are advised to keep their password safe, as it will be required if they wish to modify their preferences before registration closes.
Minimum Requirements for 2026 Technical Diploma Admission
The Ministry of Higher Education has set minimum eligibility percentages for certain categories of technical certificates.The minimum starts at 60% for students holding three-year technical secondary school diplomas in commerce, industry, agriculture, and tourism and hotel management.For some technical nursing institute certificates, the minimum reaches 75%. The 2026 Technical Diploma Admission process includes students who have obtained:
Three-year Technical Secondary School Diploma.
Five-year Advanced Technical Secondary School Diploma.
Two-year Technical Institute Diploma obtained after secondary school.
Various other technical certificates and specializations, in accordance with the admission rules announced by the Ministry of Higher Education.
