Meteorologists expect today, to be extremely hot across most parts of the country and hot and humid along the northern coasts. At night, the weather will be moderate to relatively warm and humid.
Meteorologists also expect morning mist to form on some roads leading to and from northern Egypt, extending to Greater Cairo, the Canal Cities, central Sinai, and northern Upper Egypt. The mist may be dense at times.
There is also a chance of light rain, occasionally moderate and accompanied by thunderstorms, over parts of the northwestern coast and northern Lower Egypt at intermittent intervals. There is also a very low chance of light rain in parts of Halayeb, Shalateen, and southern Aswan.
Winds will be active across most areas and may stir up sand and dust in parts of the Western Desert, northern Upper Egypt, exposed areas of the western coast, Greater Cairo, and Lower Egypt at intermittent intervals.
Temperatures in Cairo today are expected to reach a high of 37°C and a low of 24°C.
