The Egyptian Meteorological Authority announced that autumn weather is expected today, with warm temperatures during the daytime across the northern parts of the country, Greater Cairo, and North Upper Egypt. Hot weather is expected in South Upper Egypt, while temperatures will be relatively cool at night.
The authority also confirmed that there is a chance of light rain in parts of the coastal governorates, northern Delta, the Gulf of Suez, and areas of Sinai. Rainfall may occasionally become moderate in some areas, with a probability of approximately 30%, at intermittent intervals.
It added that there is a low chance of light rain, estimated at approximately 10%, in scattered areas of the southern Delta governorates and Canal cities. Rain may also extend to parts of Greater Cairo intermittently. Winds are expected to be active across most parts of the country, reaching speeds of 30–35 km/h at intermittent intervals.
Temperatures in Greater Cairo are expected to reach a high of 27°C and a low of 17°C today.
