Cairo Governor Dr. Ibrahim Saber attended a celebration organized by the Mostaqbal Watan Party, Nasr City First and Second Secretariats, at the Railway Sports Club. The event is part of the Eid al-Adha initiative to support the most vulnerable families, and it included the distribution of meat and food supplies to 1,000 families. Several members of the House of Representatives and the Senate from the Nasr City constituency attended the event.

During the event, the governor visited one of the meat stands in the El-Waili district, which was set up by a member of the Mostaqbal Watan Party to offer meat to residents at affordable prices, helping to alleviate the financial burden on them.

Moreover, Governor Saber stated that this initiative aims to support the neediest families, following the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to address citizens' needs and alleviate their burdens. He added that the political leadership places great importance on supporting families and improving their living standards, particularly for those most in need to expand social solidarity and reach the largest number of beneficiaries in cooperation with all relevant authorities.

Saber further praised the coordination between the political parties and executive bodies from the Cairo governorate to execute development plans. He also stated that these initiatives exemplify a successful partnership model among executive bodies, NGOs, civil society, and political parties. This partnership aims at improving the living quality for citizens. He added that civil work is a national responsibility requiring the solidarity of all, emphasizing the Governorate's commitment to coordinating with civil society and political parties as partners in development.
