The General Authority of Meteorology revealed that extremely hot weather will dominate most parts of the Republic during the day, today, Monday, and the weather will be hot on the northern coasts, while the weather at night will be moderate in temperature in most parts, while it tends to be hot in the governorates of southern Upper Egypt.
The Meteorological Authority warned of the formation of water mist in the morning on some agricultural and express roads and near water bodies leading to and from the north of the country to Greater Cairo, passing through the Canal cities, central Sinai and northern Upper Egypt, noting that it may sometimes be dense and cause a decrease in horizontal visibility.
The Meteorological Authority also expected significant wind activity in areas of Greater Cairo, the northwestern coasts, and the Western Desert, in addition to South Sinai and the Red Sea Governorate, all the way to North and South Upper Egypt at intermittent intervals throughout the day.
Temperatures today, Monday, in Cairo and Lower Egypt are expected to be 36 degrees maximum and 24 degrees minimum.
