The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) forecasts hot and humid weather across northern parts of the country, including Greater Cairo and northern Upper Egypt, on Tuesday, while conditions are expected to be extremely hot in South Sinai and southern Upper Egypt.
In a statement issued today, the authority said that nighttime weather will be moderately warm and humid across most regions, while South Sinai and southern Upper Egypt will experience relatively warmer conditions.
The EMA also warned of morning fog forming during the early hours on some roads leading to and from northern Egypt, Greater Cairo, the Canal Cities, Central Sinai, and northern Upper Egypt. The fog may become dense at times on certain routes.
Additionally, intermittent wind activity is expected in parts of Greater Cairo, the Nile Delta, South Sinai, and southern regions of the country.
Temperatures in Cairo are forecast to reach a high of 34°C and a low of 23°C today.
