Cairo Governor conducts inspection tour of north Cairo’s Citizen Service Center

Cairo Governor Dr. Ibrahim Saber conducted an inspection tour of the Citizen Service Center, which serves the districts of Shubra, El-Sahel, El-Sharabeya, and Rod El-Farag. The purpose of the visit was to monitor the quality of services provided to citizens, ensure the smooth operation of workflows, and expedite the completion of requests.

Governor Saber was accompanied by Omar El-Shafie, Deputy Governor of Cairo, as well as several other officials from the governorate.

During his tour, Saber emphasized the importance of warmly welcoming citizens and offering them the necessary facilities. He stated that enhancing the quality of government services and making it easier for citizens to access them are top priorities for the state. He also directed the center’s staff to address citizens’ complaints quickly, track progress on resolving them in line with the law, and remove any obstacles that hinder access to services.

During his tour, Saber also met with numerous citizens, listened to their opinions and suggestions regarding the quality of services provided, and ensured the prompt fulfillment of their requests. He affirmed the governorate’s commitment to maintaining direct communication with citizens, addressing their demands, and working to meet them within the available resources and applicable laws.

Furthermore, Dr. Ibrahim Saber stated that public service technology centers are among the most important tools for developing government services and achieving digital transformation. They contribute to streamlining procedures, reducing service delivery times, and increasing citizen satisfaction.
