The General Directorate of Passports, Immigration and Nationality at the Ministry of Interior has continued implementing measures to simplify and facilitate procedures for citizens seeking police services and official documents, with particular attention to elderly people and persons with disabilities.
The Directorate also identified humanitarian cases among citizens visiting all of its departments in order to provide the necessary assistance and ensure they could access the various police services with ease.
Its departments across the country received a number of medical, humanitarian, and other special cases at their offices, and the necessary procedures were completed for them.
The Ministry of Interior affirmed that it will continue taking all measures aimed at making it easier for citizens when visiting police service locations, emphasizing that facilitating public access to services is one of the fundamental principles of the modern security system.
