Cairo Gov. inaugurates Basatin Citizen Service Technology Center after expansion

Cairo Governor Dr. Ibrahim Saber inaugurated the expansion and development of the Citizen Services Technology Center in the Basatin district. This step is part of the governorate’s plan to improve the performance of citizen services technology centers, enhance the quality of services provided to citizens, support the state’s efforts in digital transformation, and offer more simplified procedures for obtaining government services.

During the inauguration, Governor Saber stated that the development of citizen services centers aligns with the state’s directives to enhance the government service system and create a suitable environment that enables citizens to complete their transactions easily and quickly. This initiative contributes to reducing service delivery times and ensuring the highest levels of citizen satisfaction.

Saber also inspected the center’s departments and reviewed its expansion and development, which included enlarging reception areas, upgrading technological infrastructure, and improving waiting rooms. The center’s development and expansion aim to boost operational efficiency, accommodate more visitors, and provide a modern work environment for the center’s staff.

Saber also instructed officials to welcome citizens warmly, process their requests quickly, and maintain service quality standards while continuously monitoring the center’s operations. These steps aim to produce a significant improvement in services for Basatin residents and align with the state’s push toward digital transformation and local administration development.
