Cairo Governor Dr. Ibrahim Saber paid an official visit to the honorable Judge Rabie Labna, President of the Court of Cassation and Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council, to congratulate him on assuming his duties. He wished him continued success in fulfilling his national mission, upholding the rule of law, and strengthening justice.
During the meeting, Governor Saber expressed pride in the judiciary's national role in strengthening the rule of law, noting that the Egyptian judiciary is one of the most important pillars of the state and its institutions, enjoying the trust and respect of all Egyptian people.
Moreover, Saber extended his best wishes to Judge Rabie Labna, President of the Court of Cassation and Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council, wishing him success in fulfilling his duties in a manner that supports the course of justice and strengthens the rule of law. He also emphasized Cairo Governorate’s commitment to cooperating and coordinating with various state institutions to achieve the public good.
Meanwhile, Judge Rabie Labna, President of the Court of Cassation and Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council, expressed his appreciation for the gracious visit, praising the spirit of cooperation and integration among state institutions, which reflects unity of purpose and collective action in serving the country and its people.
