Cairo Governor Dr. Ibrahim Saber offered his sincere condolences to Sheikh Jassim bin Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al Thani, Qatar's Ambassador to Egypt and Permanent Representative to the Arab League, following the passing of H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Father Emir of the State of Qatar. He further extended his heartfelt sympathies to the leadership, government, and people of Qatar, sharing in their sorrow over this great loss.
