Cairo Governor orders daily inspections to restore capital’s civilized image

Cairo Governor Dr. Ibrahim Saber instructed district chiefs to intensify inspection campaigns in coordination with the municipal police to restore order and the civilized image of the capital. He also directed district chiefs to conduct regular field tours and directly engage with citizens to address their complaints and provide swift solutions.

In this regard, executive authorities in the governorate conducted multiple inspection campaigns along Ahmed Zaki and Fayoum Streets, running through the Dar Al-Salam and Maadi districts. During these campaigns, authorities removed all road encroachments and violations, including shops' and street vendors' occupations. Legal measures were taken against violators, leading to smoother traffic flow. It also helped restore order and the civilized image of the area.

Moreover, Governor Saber urged regular inspection campaigns across all districts and emphasized that encroachments would not be tolerated again. He directed district chiefs to monitor street conditions throughout the day to maintain the established order and to provide an organized and safe environment that improves traffic flow while enhancing the quality of services delivered to citizens.
