Ministry of Education clarifies rules, procedures governing appeals process

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education emphasized the importance of complying with all the rules and procedures governing the appeals process to ensure the smooth operation of the process and facilitate students' review of their examination papers after submitting appeal requests.

The Ministry also explained that appeals are conducted according to the following regulations:

-A fee of EGP 200 must be paid for each subject the student wishes to appeal. The payment is made to the Educational Projects Support, Financing, Management, and Construction Fund through the National Postal Authority or Fawry.
-Students must bring the original and a copy of the payment receipt, as well as the original and a copy of their national ID card, when attending the examination control office.
-Students must specify the subjects for which they wish to submit an appeal. Only one parent or legal guardian is permitted to accompany the student.
-The use of mobile phones is prohibited in the designated paper-review area inside the examination committee.
