Labor Minister Hassan Raddad concluded on Sunday evening the personal interviews for applicants seeking to fill a number of announced leadership positions at the Ministry’s headquarters and labor directorates in the governorates. The positions total 46 vacancies, including posts at the Excellent level, High level, and Director General grade.
The interviews were part of completing the selection procedures in accordance with the established rules and criteria, ensuring the selection of the most qualified candidates and leaders capable of managing the work system, improving institutional performance, and achieving the Ministry’s objectives.
The interviews were conducted before a committee headed by the Labor Minister and comprising representatives from the relevant authorities, in accordance with the laws and regulations governing the appointment of leadership positions.
Minister Hassan Raddad affirmed that the Ministry is keen to select leaders who possess the competence, experience, and vision needed for development, contributing to improved performance efficiency and the quality of services provided to citizens. He stressed that merit and eligibility criteria form the basis of all selection stages, in line with the state’s efforts to build an efficient and modern administrative system.
The Minister explained that throughout the interview process, the committee evaluated applicants according to objective criteria, including professional competence, practical experience, leadership capabilities, and development visions. This reflects the Ministry’s commitment to transparency, equal opportunities, and selecting the candidates most capable of leading work, enhancing administrative efficiency, and supporting the state’s direction toward administrative reform, governance, and achieving the highest levels of institutional performance.
