Ministry of Education and Technical Education has confirmed that the "Home Schooling" system is not recognized under Egyptian law, and that no international school has been granted a license to operate or offer it.
The Ministry urged parents to ensure that schools comply with the officially approved educational systems and to avoid being misled by any unauthorized entities or practices that violate the law and the regulations governing education.
It also stressed that all schools licensed to operate in Egypt are required to implement the approved curricula and must not violate the regulations governing the educational process under any name or designation.
The Ministry further stated that any international school found to be implementing a "Home Schooling" system will face all applicable legal measures, in order to protect students' rights and ensure the orderly conduct of the educational process.
