The Ministry of Military Production announced the launch of a comprehensive training program aimed at enhancing the efficiency of senior management employees in the military production sector. The program seeks to strengthen their managerial and leadership capabilities, enabling them to perform their duties effectively, achieve strategic targets and business plans, and keep pace with various administrative, economic, and technological changes.
The training program focuses on developing senior management skills through specialized courses covering key areas such as governance and internal auditing, strategic planning and business plan development, marketing strategies, project management, feasibility studies, artificial intelligence and its applications, managerial skills, financial ratios and indicators for managers, team building and management, and business etiquette.
The program is being implemented in cooperation with the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development, affiliated with the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. This cooperation aims to integrate the expertise of specialized institutions and benefit from their academic and practical experience in preparing and qualifying future leaders.
In line with ministerial directives to maximize the benefits of training without disrupting work and production at the ministry’s affiliated entities, the training is being held every Saturday at the Training Sector headquarters of the Ministry of Military Production in El-Salam.
