The Egyptian Meteorological Authority expects Monday, August 17, 2026, to see a slight decrease in temperatures, with humidity levels remaining high across the northern parts of the country, Greater Cairo, and northern Upper Egypt.
The weather is expected to be relatively hot and humid in the early morning, hot and humid during the daytime across the northern parts of the country through Greater Cairo, and extremely hot in the south. At night, temperatures are expected to be relatively warm and humid across most areas.
Experts expect Cairo to record a high of 34°C and a low of 25°C.
