Dr. Adel Abdel-Ghaffar, official spokesperson for the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, announced that Dr. Abdelaziz Konsowa, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Acting Minister of Culture, will announce today, Monday, August 10, the results of the first phase of electronic admissions to public universities and institutes for the 2026/2027 academic year.
The minister will also announce the minimum admission scores for the second phase, the registration schedule, and the colleges and institutes available to second-phase students.
The results will be announced during a press conference attended by Dr. Ahmed El-Gyoushi, Acting Head of the Education Sector and supervisor of the Coordination Office, Dr. Adel Abdel-Ghaffar, the ministry’s spokesperson, senior ministry and Higher Coordination Committee officials, and a number of journalists and media professionals specializing in higher education.
