Cairo
Governor Dr. Ibrahim Saber conducted an inspection tour of the New Amal City
development and relocation project, formerly known as Ezbet El-Haggana, in the
Sharq Madinet Nasr district to follow up on the progress of its implementation.
Governor Saber added
that the project aims to execute an integrated program to provide citizens with
all necessary utilities and services to ensure a decent quality of life, in
line with the state's plan to develop unplanned areas.
Moreover, Saber
stated that the new City of Hope would serve as a model for developing
unplanned areas in accordance with the development system, in partnership with
the private sector. This approach will be extended to the other districts of
the governorate.
During the tour,
Saber met with company officials responsible for the project to review the
progress and implementation stages and assess the contractors' adherence to the
specified timelines. He also stressed the importance of quality and safety
