Cairo Governor Dr. Ibrahim Saber conducted an inspection tour of the “Ahlan Bel Eid” exhibition at the Souq Al-Hadaari complex in the Tenth District in Nasr City. The exhibition, organized by the Cairo Governorate, is being held from March 12 to 18.

The governor was accompanied by Deputy Cairo Governor Eng. Mona Al-Batrawi and several officials from the Cairo Governorate.

Governor Saber stated that the exhibition is being held in line with the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to alleviate the burden on citizens. The "Ahlan Bel Eid" exhibitions are organized ahead of the Eid al-Fitr holiday to ensure the availability of all essential commodities in one place, offered at prices affordable for all social groups.

Saber also stated that prices at the exhibitions are strictly monitored to ensure that citizens are not exploited. Legal measures are taken against any attempts to raise prices unfairly or monopolize goods.

Moreover, Saber stated that the governorate continues to establish and expand outlets throughout the capital. He added that the exhibition features more than 60 exhibitors and several productive families offering several household necessities, including Eid clothing and shoes at competitive prices. The exhibition also showcases a large number of craftsmen specializing in handmade products.
