Cold conditions are set to prevail nationwide from Thursday through Monday, with most areas experiencing a noticeable drop in temperatures, the Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) said.
The EMA warned of morning fog on major roads leading to and from northern Egypt, Greater Cairo, central Sinai, and northern Upper Egypt.
Starting Thursday, various regions across the country are expected to experience occasional winds, which may vary in intensity.
Over the next few days, daytime temperatures in Greater Cairo and Lower Egypt are forecast to reach around 24 degrees Celsius, while nighttime temperatures may fall to about 12 degrees.
