The tickets for “Ramses & The Gold of the Pharaohs” exhibition are sold out for January
The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities
announced that all tickets for the "Ramses and Gold of the Pharaohs"
exhibition at the Australia Museum in Sydney are sold out, with the exhibition
achieving a large audience response in conjunction with the Christmas and New
Year celebrations.
The "Ramses and Gold of the
Pharaohs" exhibition began its journey outside Egypt at its first stop,
Houston, in November 2021, then its second stop, San Francisco, in August
2022 in the United States of America, and its third stop in April 2023 in the
French capital, Paris, where it attracted 817 thousand visitors.
The exhibition features a collection of
181 artifacts from the holdings of a number of Egyptian museums highlighting
some of the distinctive characteristics of the ancient Egyptian civilization,
through a collection of statues, ornaments, cosmetic tools, and paintings.
