Cairo Governor hails Pharaohs' Golden Parade outstanding success

Cairo Governor Khaled Abdel Aal asserted Tuesday that the outstanding success of the Pharaohs' Golden Parade held on April 3 to transfer 22 royal mummies from the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization in Fustat area, was the result of the joint efforts of state authorities to present this event in such amazing and dazzling image. 

 

Abdel Aal also pointed out that the capital and its citizens are proud that this great event was held in Cairo, saluting everyone who contributed to the success of this parade.

 

The governor's remarks came during a ceremony held at the Cairo governorate to honor several officials who participated in the preparations made for transferring the royal mummies.

 

Moreover, the governor paid tribute to the great efforts exerted by all workers of the Cairo governorate's executive bodies who contributed to the parade's preparations, adding these workers are the ones who deserve all respect and appreciation.
