The Media Center of the Cabinet denied reports circulated on social media claiming that Al-Azhar Institution had backed away from implementing the new education system—developed by the Ministry of Education—due to a lack of readiness.
The Cabinet’s Media Center contacted Al-Azhar, which completely denied the accuracy of these claims. It confirmed that there is absolutely no truth to reports suggesting that Al-Azhar has withdrawn from applying the new education system—developed by the Ministry of Education—in its schools and institutes. It emphasized that Al-Azhar is moving forward in line with ongoing developments in the education process, and that the new education system is a national project aimed at producing new generations capable of keeping pace with modern advancements.
It also stressed that all circulating claims on this matter are baseless rumors intended to create confusion among students and parents amid the implementation of the new education system.
