Egyptian Museum renovation works include preparing paths for individuals with special needs

Abdel Razzaq said that the development work in the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir is
going well, and that it will end as scheduled at the end of 2021. Currently,
the museum is being provided with guiding boards and seating for visitors.
Abdel Razzaq further stated that the museum is being
prepared with special paths for individuals with special needs to facilitate
their movement inside the museum.
According to Abdel Razzaq, work is also underway to finalize
the museum’s display scenario specifically in Hall 43 on the upper floor, which
includes artifacts from the pre-historic era and the beginning of the
Dynasties. That hall is scheduled to open soon, the museum’s display scenario
of the first floor of the museum, which includes nearly 200 artifacts, has been
completed.

Abdel Razzaq indicated that new caption cards are being made, to make it easier
for visitors to know the history of the artifacts displayed in the museum, in
addition to renovating the museum's various floors to bring it back to its
original splendor.
