Governor Khaled Abdel Aal announced on Monday that the governorate would hold a
trade show for school supplies on Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd
at the International Park in Madinet Nasr area under the title " Souq Masr"
in cooperation with Micro, Medium, Small Enterprise Development Fund,
Handicraft Industry Chamber, Leather Industry Chamber, Ready-made Garments
& Textile Chamber, and several civil society organizations.
Abdel
Aal said that 300 exhibitors would participate in the trade show, noting that
it is the biggest trade fair held by Cairo governorate to provide students with
all the necessary school supplies at affordable prices as part of the state's
efforts to ease the burdens on citizens.
The governor
added that the International Park was chosen to host the trade show, where it
would be easy to apply the precautionary measures against the novel coronavirus,
assuring that it is mandatory to wear face masks before entering the trade
show.
The
free- entry trade show will exhibit several products such as clothes, textiles,
leather products, stationery, handicraft products, and furniture. The visitors will
also enjoy the cultural and artistic shows at the trade show.
