​Dear investor, Cairo governorate allows you to start your business in Cairo's industrial zones and vacant land plots through soft loans as well as offering payment facilities as Cairo governorate gives you the following facilities:

• Paying the total land price in annual installments, a 10% down payment with a 9-year installment.
• paying the cost of utilities over four years in quarterly installments as on behalf of investors (at their expenses), the utility network project will be implemented by the Arab Contractors Company as well as contracting with Dr. Ahmed Abdel El-Wareth Office for designing and supervising the utility implementation (road network- lighting- water- sanitation).
• Providing lands for utilities (Electric distributors and transformers- water pumping station- sanitation).
• Forming an executive unit in El-Katamia area to overcome any problem.
• Forming an executive body to supervise the project of urban services in El-Katamia investment zone pursuant to Cairo Governor's decree no. 881/2003.
