Cairo Governor Khaled Abdel Aal inspected Today the new equipment worth EGP100 million at Cairo's Cleaning and Beautification Authority. He asserted that this batch of equipment comes as part of the new integrated system of increasing the efficiency of cleaning services nationwide.
Moreover, the governor asserted that the new equipment would increase the effectiveness of cleaning services and litter collection to preserve citizens' health, adding that Cairo street cleaning witnessed improvement over the past period.
Abdel Aal also confirmed that all drivers were trained to operate the new hydraulic equipment and to apply maintenance procedures.
Furthermore, He expressed his appreciation for all the workers' dedication and hard work all the time, pointing out that the work of waste collectors contributes to show Cairo's urban and civilized face.
For his part, Head of Cairo's Cleaning and Beautification Authority Ihab El-Shershabi pointed out that the new equipment would be brought into service to clean solid waste.
