Cairo Governor inspected on Sunday the One-Day Surgeries Hospital in El-Marg District to follow up on the workflow and the availability of medical supplies and personal protective equipment.
The governor began his tour by inspecting the hospital's outpatient clinics and operating room and checked on the regularity of work and the presence of medical staff to ensure that patients are receiving the needed medical care and treatment and the speed handling of suspected coronavirus infections.
He also inspected the hospital's inventory to ensure the availability of drugs and medical supplies used in treating the novel coronavirus.
Furthermore, the governor inspected the medical convoy organized by Health Affairs Directorate at Al-Andalus youth center in Al-Marg district. He noted that the convey is part of President Sisi's initiative of "100 million healthy lives" targeting to detect people with chronic diseases and providing them with treatment every three months.
